Burkina Faso

I was responsible for the evaluation of a cultural support Programme in Burkina Faso (Winter of 2014). This Programme aimed at strengthening and diversifying the creative scene in the country with a focus on performing arts (budget EUR 1,380,000).

This evaluation included:
- The review of the Programme’s implementation and the identification of lessons learned;
- The organisation and moderation of a workshop with partners (e.g. a cinema institute and a cinema fund, a festival, a theatre collective) to seek their recommendations for the future;
- A revised strategy to strengthen the relevance and impact of the Programme
