Capacity Building

In order to remain the actors of their own development, arts and culture professionals often need to acquire skills (management, strategy, planning, communication) that are sometimes outside of their core field of expertise… and interest. 

I am passionate about making this a fun and rewarding process, be it through the organisation of “exposure visits” (virtual or live encounters with inspiring peers/programmes), courses, on-the-job training or individual coaching. Beyond people, I work with arts and culture organisations to improve their internal systems, processes, structures and resources. I only take on capacity-building work that is framed as a long-term partnership - for trust, learning and growth are processes, not one-off actions.
